The float is low, i never said there are many shares in the float, but i doubt it´s 5,3m because it was already 5,6m 3 years ago and there were 61 promotions with 8m volume in September 2013.

It´s a stock where it´s easier to get shares than in my 5m float stocks, much easier.

Many shares were issued for debt, it´s 70m o/s and they were issued at .0043 and he increased the a/s and you see in the filing dilution is expected.

Sooner or later they will sell these shares. But they need a promotion probably for it.
