Just because he did not divest the subsidiary yet, doesn´t mean the plan has changed.
Maybe no one wanted to buy the "big business"? This can take a long time.

But i doubt in a moment we know he plans it, it makes sense to tell people invest in this subsidiary, it could go to Nasdaq.... This is a troubled company and soon he will very likely sell the subsidiary.

Maybe he wants to use it for a final pump? They have many shares to sell as you know and all these shares were not issued just for fun, issued at .0043 for debt in a moment pps was way higher.

You have it black on white in a sec filing that his plan is to divest the subsidiary. I doubt there is a point to discuss the bright future anymore.
