They probably needed more capital to help finish the project. It's gonna be a few years in my opinion before we see any substantial increase in the shares and as long as they're this cheap I plan on buying more every payday.
Take a look at Monster Energy. That company took years to finally take off and if you just had 10,000 shares in that company bought around 2003 you would have over 1.3 million bucks today as the shares are over $143 a share.
