Megas' email/letter; and yes all that is from ol' Tommie boy. I know because Megas sent it to me and you can also check with Todd Lahr because Todd helped the Brit construct it (pretty good too). Another verifier were the typos; the Brit ALWAYS has them as you old timers know, unless it's poof read first (he-he-he).
Action creates reaction. I'm not getting into any of these "spats" or politics going on, just the facts Jack. They are as follows IMO:
1. Todd brought Bernstein & Co. into this soap opera and I for one am glad he did. Bernstein and the other firm are VERY experienced and credible; check for yourself.
2. There are NO upfront fees or requests for $. They get a %; don't know what that is yet. Win or loose no costs to us; I like that and why I sent info to them. Yeah they will probably start with the post lock (who started that crap anyway?)but now after a five year effort, I believe pre & post shares are on the table.
3. They've taken a different approach to resolving BCIT, as far as I can tell, and that is a real good thing, IMO! There was a lot for Bernie & Co. to sort thru + the background noise but it sounds like they're ready. We shall see.
So, you want to keep sending $ to Pango Pango or over seas somewhere; be my quest. I for one like the NYC, USA proximity and think these Nu Yorkers know what they're doing.
