$ZMRK: No/sales/revenue. Only huge losses and B.S. Press-Releases.

No audit and registration. A letter to the stockholders in June stated this would be finalized by the third quarter. Since 2010 Zalemark has been saying they would be audited. It never happened and won't happen. It would reveal the fraud that is taking place. .

No one million dollar Kodiak financing. The stock price is too low to be collaterized. Plus the financials need to be audited, along with a registration.

The Crayola agreement was finalized in 2014 and still no sales to any stores. Also no M&M jewelry in any stores. So I guess the PR about how Zalemark captivated the retailers at the Las Vegas shows was quite fictitious.

A new Demeter collection was touted for Las Vegas, along with a new celebrity spokesperson that was going to
make an appearance at the shows. That never happened.

Zalemark inked a distribution deal with Super Bell early last year. And still no sales from Super Bell. Then Zalemark made another deel with SuperBell earlier this year. ZMRK supposedly vacated their Sherman Oaks offices and moved in with Super Bell in Los Angeles. Still no sales.

And now ZMRK signs a deal with RMS to accelerate sales. Certainly not to any major retailers as those merchants have already placed their Christmas orders. And from my research RMS sells "men's and boys" clothing. If Super Bell couldn't sell Crayola or M$M jewelry to their 1,000 jewelry retailers then assuredly RMS can't do it either.

Zalemark is a scam. Steven Zale is a con man. He was convicted and sent to prison for three years for selling huge amounts of cocaine. He also plead guilty to embezzling close to $300,000 from his wife's employer. Steven Zale and Raymond Ruiz have left a trail of bankruptcy's plus failed business and entities that left huge unpaid financial obligations.

Steven Zale's criminal past only came to light after he signed the licensing agreements with Crayola and M&M's. No retailer wants or needs an association with a criminal.
