1) Adrian doesn't just WANT to increase the A/S. That document which I cited makes it officially done the moment it was filed with the Colorado Secretary of State.

2) Adrian provided an explanation regarding why the increase of the A/S was executed. He wants to raise additional funds for acquisitions and to be able to pay employees.
