This is all part of Baltia's master plan! They're shaking the tree and getting rid of all weak hands and once that hapoens they will release the 10q that was due on 8/14, pay off their debts, wake Russ up from his nap, buy a new plane, hire new crews, reduce the OS to 750 million, cleanup their FB page, update their websire, wake Russ up again and wipe the applesauce off his chin and then rebound to 18 cents per share.
