I doubt that is the case - we are not talking an all-or-nothing process by any means.

Too low a dose and the "do not eat me" signal will very likely be maintained.

Worth noting here that on the last cc CEO said one driving reason behind the IT solid tumor dosing was to flood the tumor with as much drug as possible. So it does seem that they think getting a higher dose matters.
