Lydia Wheeler "The Hill" mentions prepaid cards. The opportunities "Cards of Networking Opportunity" can provide, once new rules and regulations governing the prepaid industry are voted on, bodes well for 21st Century Payment Data Services (Systems.)

From what I've read, aforementioned rules & regulations COULD take center-stage and go under the business of America [business] microscope in the next two weeks.

PYDS is PCI (payment card industry compliant.) This may or may not have something to do with PYDS stock appreciation and the huge amount of shares trading hands today.
