Seems to be forgotten that Zapata is a successful business already with their water Flyboard and positive balance sheet. Future products like the Air Flyboard probably will be developed with a couple different models, at least.
Zapata and DMRJ seems to be most interested in a NASDAQ listing and we are that ticket.
