doog....yes, doesnt look like much action. we are all waiting for it and know only real news is going to pop the price. I guess no update on the patent? I personally think that's the holdup. while they dont need it to file it most certainly is key for any partnership and in my opinion they shouldn't file without knowing they can ink a deal. once they file they must name the manufacturing site and the clock starts ticking. why start the clock if they dont know they can ink a deal? they wouldn't. and without PODRAS any deal is up the air. I just think they are waiting to have the actual number in hand so it can referenced in any deal to allow the partner to add PODRAS down the road as an NDA-S and by doing so would grant a larger upfront payment if PODRAS was going to be a part of it, so it all makes sense to me as to why they are waiting. so any update from the patent office? I cant say I know a darn thing about patents. clearly, even with the fast track its taking them pretty close to 5 weeks to issue it anyway. figured as much last month when it was discussed. Im too accustomed to bureaucracy LOL
