I see only the current situation. There is no way to ignore these obvious not positive things.

My posts are not negative, but what company has done sounds not positive, so you need confirmation there is a positive plan and he will file before you tell people, "back to Nasdaq", "soon they file everything", float 5,3m (not possible) or telling people a merger is going to happen.

These posts are the only reason for my posts. I don´t have a problem with the stock.

Fact is, dissolution of parts of the business, deregistered,since YEARS no filings, many employees resigned, the subsidiary has not even an investor section, the company doesn´t file since years and there was absolutely no update about the business or financial situation.

But posts sounds like there was something new and now we all have to buy the dead stock.
