Attention Etrade Users: Can someone please try to verify what it currently says the oustanding shares are for ngbl.
I have noticed large fluctuations, o/s is usually at 436mil but sometimes dips to around 115mil, currently when I log in to etrade it says they have 117mil oustanding.
If someone can try to do it before market opens that would be awesome. I can almost bet money it will go back up to 436 and probably drop back to around 115-120 again by end of week.
