they won't file sec quarterly reports or annual reports so I think they will just become a non reporting pink sheet stock.

We won't get much for shares since most investors don't like the lack of verified information about the company performance.

Please post stock symbols first in all your posts. If it's a foreign stock, please list the US pk equivalent symbol.
