Thank you for taking the time to write and ask questions, and thank you for your support of Cavico.

The company is moving forward with its pre-audit work in Viet Nam at this time. They have not yet officially engaged an auditor in the US. The press release regarding this stated that a representative from Jasper & Hall went to Viet Nam to review the process with the company and advise them. This has happened and the company is working towards the goal of engaging a US based auditor as soon as possible.

Also, the company stated that they had spoken to representatives from Nasdaq and NYSE ARCA. The company has not committed to either exchange at this point and a listing is dependent on several factors, of which the audit is only one. That being said, the company has stated that its goal is to list on a senior exchange as soon as possible.

Regarding upcoming news, etc.. I cannot disclose anything to an investor that has not been disclosed publicly. I can tell you that the company is extremely pleased with its progress. Viet Nam's economic growth is second only to China at this point and WTO status looks like it will happen very soon. These two factors are both long-term positives for Cavico, whose projects rely on the growth of the country's economy and infrastructure.
