Here's my guess.....and it's just a guess but I think October note has already been taken care of an Apollo is finishing up their business with Seanie by selling remainder of inventory they have of shares. Remember, while there is an investment group at Apollo, the Apollo Group that bought notes does just that buy notes, convert and sell. Maybe they are just about in our rear view mirror?
