GIVE IT UP ALREADY! The CEO said the cell is no longer the primary focus. If you invested in it- make a decision, Buy, Sell, Hold or sit it out. There's no reason to discuss it anymore. It's a DEAD ISSUE... regardless of why you bought, and how you got here...what the CEO said in the past was based on a different company, SLTD, "Solar3d" that is no longer the focus of the entity PER THE CEO... Not my thoughts or wishes, the CEO's statements. This is now an integration company.

The company shows +EPS for 2015 with over 50m revenue, GAAP NET PROFITABLE!! The company RAISED guidance for 2016 by 10% to $110-$115 MILLION DOLLARS, and will likely show an increase in the already POSITIVE +EPS.

The company has expanded its market to NV Commercial, and now has an edge on some additional residential market there. They have also expanded into Oregon commercially.

CELL SCHMELL... forget about it.. There will be no lawsuits, there will be no cell anytime soon. Regardless of what happened, who got misled, who misled themselves, who invested in whatever and why, safe harbor this or I was promised that even though I didn't use the word "promise"... this is all so ridiculous. Like arguing over whether or not the Wright brothers were the first in flight... or if Santa Claus really exists... because there's a lot of people with that printed on their licenses ya know. I can prove it.

If you want some IP, the RapidRack IP is what we have now- and it's going to add revenue and lower cost.

If they use debt, or more equity or just grow organically... EXPANSION WILL CONTINUE. Growth will continue. The panel glut will lower costs, and certainly put some manufacturers out of business...lowering panel costs...continue the downward price movement of solar. Increasing the market share for Sunworks... lowering the chances people will choose a leaser over purchasing a system outright from sunworks.

So let's all do something new. Let's talk about the RapidRack IP. They announced a deal with SolarEdge on inverters, let's talk about the SolarEdge deal and how that's going to dramatically raise revenue in Q4. Let's discuss the expansion... let's discuss how the new CFO and board member may make certain moves and the financials may look different for Q3. Let's talk about realistic projections for Q3. How we think the "best quarter ever in the company history" is going to shape up and how the latest SEC filing showing that Nelsons bonus is pushed to 2019 will delay some of the incentive from taking away from the bottom line and increase EPS even further this quarter.

Let's talk about how the only other competition in the industry is being bought out to be saved (SCTY), moving to a sales model and using non GAAP metrics to show absurd profits while losing HUGE on GAAP metrics (RUN), and how the only other company that's moved to all sales after racking up decades of losses doing leases is facing immanent insolvency from those leases and newly added toxic financing (RGSE), or the other guy who's losses are simply going to force BK eventually but nobody even talks about them anymore (VSLR who???).

Let's talk about the New CFO's experience, or debate whether there is a deal with Amazon or not. Let's speculate as to what market is going to be next, or what direction the company will move via acquisition when the PPS get moving again. Let's talk about potential acquisition targets and/or the potential for SUNW to become its own target. Let's talk about price targets, institutional investments, and the analyst coverage, past, present and future.

But for crying out loud... will the peanut gallery please leave the cell out of the discussion. If the company changing its name, didn't point you in the right direction, if the patent updates being ignored by the company's PR team, as well as the market in general didn't help you figure it out...then by all means...listen to the CEO of the company we are talking about...who himself, directly said...it's no longer the focus. I get it, some people invested in that... well some people also invested in Apple when they were a computer company, some people invested in Google when all they were just a search engine. I get it, some people are upset it didn't pan out. Some people think Nelsons a fraud because of it. Some people think they deserve an explanation.

YOU AREN'T GOING TO GET ONE! The cell is history... as is "Machine Talker", this is now an installation company. If you think they are suddenly going to go into 300M in debt to begin production of anything...you shouldn't be here. If you think suddenly Panasonic is going to buy out SUNW for the IP, you aren't a good investor. If you think the CEO is going to suddenly come out and admit he was wrong all along... that the cell was a mis-step... you should be ashamed of yourself.

The cell was a company that could have been. SLTD was a great idea, that faltered along the way. Luckily those invested had a skilled CEO that used what was going on as a springboard to pivot into a real winner, and is winning now. The company is doing great! Net profitable, while increasing EPS and doubling revenue YOY. Nobody could ask for anything better- yet they whine about the PPS because they invested in something else a few YEARS ago... not to mention a penny stock company that really had little chance of making it... and you didn't LOSE EVERYTHING? ... And it's YEARS later??

Sorry if you bought in on the hype- and got stuck holding the bag for 20 months... it sucks. It does... However the underlying fundamentals here are golden and only getting better. Anyone who says differently is trying to steal your shares here. At this price the stock is way off the high, but well above the lows. It's poised to make a great comeback and despite repeated attempts by some to make you believe otherwise, will not be diluted into a death spiral as it's GAAP NET PROFTIBALE. The CEO knows better, and has shown excellent helmsmanship here. The only thing people need to do is move on with their lives. Let the CEO work his magic and let the investment community slowly realize what this hidden gem is doing.

Eventually, increasing revs, with increasing EPS will begin to turn heads...especially revenue in the 9 figure range. This is not a technology company... it may have tried to be, but it is no longer. It may some day have something to do with manufacturing, but the company has geared itself to be GAAP net profitable and grow so far without debt or massive risk that any manufacturing entails, so you should all be happy you aren't invested in a panel manufacturer... look how well they are all doing, and with another panel glut coming up, imagine how they would fare.

Instead SUNW is well positioned for continued growth, EVEN amidst the panel glut, which will actually increase sales growth over time, and could potentially increase EPS by bolstering the margins related to panel costs. Get with the program. This is integrator. Potentially the BEST in the business right now, and by far the BEST PUBLIC integrator there is right now. Be glad you are here. Enjoy the ride.

Long SUNW, SUNWW.
