From an acquirers perspective, what is valuable and what isn't will depend on their plans. A company that wants the Nb for their own use may not have a need for Nb offtakes. They might value Scandium offtakes instead. The more off-takes the better though. NPV is just simple cash in vs cash out. I think there are value adders that don't impact NPV but are still important that will come.
