As far as I know, the EAPH scam has avoided issuing CDs, etc. to finance their scam. This has resulted in their scam lasting longer than most. They still have to sell stock to pay the rent, though, and the cheaper the stock gets, the more they have to sell. Yes, it's a death spiral, but they're not swirling down the toilet as fast as most of these dilution scams do. Make no mistake: EAPH is doomed, because sooner or later they're going to have to get into some other business than selling EAPH stock. They're just lucky that they've lasted as long as they have while doing nothing more than they have done. Others have lasted longer and run more bullshit schemes to sell stock, but it's clear that it's about time to stick a fork in EAPH. They've run out their life span. It happens to all these scam outfits sooner or later.
