You won't see any movement on a normal price increase till TWTR is at $34. The time factor (111) days till expiration and 12 points OTM are some of the reasons. Deltas and Gammas are very low here.

However you are (imo) sitting in a very good position for the rise into earnings. Any pop from that and a short cover.
Another thing. Even with just a rise in PPS you'll be a winner by January.

I'm holding Jan 50 calls. I'm not worried. Relax and watch the show.

You need to start planning your exit strategy now.

I have found with options like yours on any big pop will spike and then fade to a way lessor price. Maybe never to come back to that higher price. You need to think about what you would do if that happens.
