I agree with Bigspirit1.

For too many years to recall, CTT management has deluded shareholders with the same tale of having approvals in the works, studies underway or completed, and just a few months of delays before the great day might arrive.

It is unclear whether they were:
naive or just liars,
did not understand and were conned by the various "consultants and experts" they were using, hired or depended upon,
never had enough money to run all the needed studies,
hiding or dismayed that the studies, in fact, were not sufficiently rigorous or yielded ambiguous or poor results

or

too busy ensuring that the money needed was available to pay their inflated salaries and not spent on the testing and research

It is tiresome to read anectdotal evidence of success from individual patients, because that proves nothing to FDA and we all know it (or should know it). They want all the test results that meet their criteria, as Bigspirit1 writes. Nothing else matters.

powderbum, in your heart of hearts you must know this as well, but you plod on, hoping against hope, trying to believe the present CEO is any better than his predecessors as he dilutes share value, but, seemingly, never gets the approvals, payments, or anything else he has promised for three years.

At best this stock has become a tax loss worthy of use as an offset against gains everywhere else. It has nearly declined to the price where it was when Mir took over. Is this where he steps off the boat?
