Maybe someone can double check this for me. I was looking at Venn's stock prices and what I see is currently 24.50 gbx per share--- that is "pence", not "pounds". It converts to $0.325 per share, not $30.

Am I missing something? I really liked the $30 figure, but I don't want to be disappointed when we see the real details of this deal.
