You guys are right - this stock is not in play and might not be for some time. This could change with a new catalyst at any time though and keep it on your watch list.

This was probably my best investment over the last month and there were plenty of good swings to play but the momentum was lost as soon as doubt from the lawsuit came into the picture. Without this momentum it will be hard for this stock to pop but again this could change.

I ended up taking a lot of my profits and put it into ASCK - a penny stock with huge potential if it can secure 16 million funding and right now it's looking very good. Check it out if you have some extra cash!
