no ,they can do a merger and still file but give they are late and off the QB ..but still have the L2 ? ... why spend the cash until they are ready to rock and roll

Dog could that be why the filings are late. Due to the corporate merger?



but in the past I thought Zipmark might want in ,they have big money behind them and the case was closed pretty fast ...

anything is possible imo
