Richard Dea does have an interesting background. Being new to TALK I just started looking into the different players.

I see that DEA use to be with SAE Group, Inzon, W-J International.. to name a few company.

Funny thing that W-J International was "acquired" by Inzon but previous to the "acquisition", W-J had done nothing. Yep, that seems like a good company to acquire.

And of course, Inzon was "acquired"/ Reverse Merge with AVC Acquisition, (american visiontech company)

Inzon ph number 561-279-8200 which is the same as SAE Group but Dea's BIO makes it seem they aren't related... odd.

and of course Ken Baritz has the same phone number...561-279-8200

Oh hey, what is this..It's a Ken Baritz company.... involved with another "communication company"

Templar Alliance Fund, LLC
238 NE 1st Avenue
Delray Beach, Florida 33444
Tel: (561) 279-8200, ext. 102

Is Baritz involved with iTalk? Just curious because he has had so many businesses in FL that are now defunct.

Nope, I can't smell anything funny going on with iTalk and the whole gang..

No doubt this has all been posted about.. just doing my own DD on the players.
