Is that a fact Homebrew ? The SEC takes


no notice of what is written in a filed document ?
I find that a pretty unlikely form of administration.


But, now that the SEC has checked out QS Energy
and we can read the results for ourselves, we know
that there are no issues : quite the opposite.


As with the rubbish about Reynolds numbers - if there
are genuine concerns (as opposed to trying to scare shareholders) then the concerned people should contact Professor Tao/ Temple
and also post their communications here - along with any
acknowledgment of receipt...etc

But there are no genuine concerns, so they don't contact
the right people and have nothing substantive to post
here
