What Im curious about is why on my etrade account does the outstanding shares fluctuate so much and it seems like every week its done this since 10 bill a/s increase.

It will go from around 430 mill outstanding to 120 mill give or take. Its always those same number range give or take.

Its happened every week I know and its been going on for months. It mightve happened more then once in a week but I usually always noticed atleast once a week. I got a feeling ngbl is buying their stuff back.

Then again my etrade could be screwed up

That is my opinion!
