Why? All arguments to provide an affirmative defense, have been made, ruled upon and awards provided. (I'm ~5 weeks advanced from the official notice).
Next wave will be 7 - 10 lawsuits (at a time) and settlement made in half the time of this one.
Each of these bringing major revenue to the company.
The round after that (late January early February) will mostly be serving the lawsuit (on dozens at a time) and negotiations to follow within days and settlements occurring many times a month.
It's basically going to be a knock and drop.
