Actually it would be pretty easy for NNVC to prove it is not a scam.

Actually getting results from any of the several recent University contracts and publishing them. Publishing any of the results obtained in the history of the company in a peer reviewed paper.

Getting a TOX study completed on any of the proposed 'cides.

This list of ways that NNVC can prove that it isn't a scam is quite long.

Unfortunately the company has not accomplished any of those things.

So at this point in time, the preponderance of evidence is on the side of the company now being a scam.
