This has nothing to do with bullshit "valuations".
When you file that you have assets worth $4.6 million and it's not true, it is absolutely fraud. Wait and see what happens if they go to court and say they have no assets despite the filings.
It won't just be heavy fines, people are looking at jail time. And not just the CEO.
