This thing was a pure scam from the start. The people before
( primetime ) were total scam artist. They dumped Billions of shares and were nailed by the SEC and shut the company down sending it to the pinks forever.

Everyone won but the retail shareholders. Ron/lumb took over the dirty corporation ( called primetime ) and renamed the company HGLC. Started dumping shares into the hype. When the SEC notified the officers of the suspension and SEC charges against Primetime. lumb/ron ran away with all of the assets they transferred into HGLC when they took over.

Share holders money is long gone ..

HGLC is defunct, totally worthless and abandoned
