Why-$ZMRK-should-shut-the-doors-and-turn-the-lights-out.

Incompetent leadership: No successful endeavors EVER. Only a trail of bankruptcies, closed entities and monies owed to investors, vendors and to the licensors.

Steven Zale's branding concept has never worked or made money. Poorly executed designs that didn't sell but minimum payments had to be made to the licensors.

No reputable retailer wants or needs a vendor with a criminal past (Steven Zale) to be associated with them. Especially one that was imprisoned for three years for selling huge amounts of cocaine. And who plead guilty to embezzling almost $300,000 from his wife's employer.

Zalemark continues to release PR that touts the company in a positive way but nothing ever comes to fruition.

Sales and revenue show up on financial statements and then get reversed out as bad debt on later statements.

No transparency to the funds that get paid out to Consultants and also Salaries & Wages. How do you pay out salaries and wages and yet have no provision for taxes on those salaries and wages. Who got this money? And for what reason?

Inventory disappears from one statement to the next. And who received the jewelry from those phony invoices?

Zalemark is constantly releasing PR about ways to increase their sales. Early last year it was with Super Bell. But no sales were ever generated. Then again this year, prior to the big jewelry trade shows in Las Vegas, an announcement again with Super Bell.
Zalemark supposedly "captivated" the wholesale jewelry buyers in Las Vegas but again no concrete sales were made. And now a new PR comes out announcing a new relationship with Retail Management Solutions (RMS) to accelerate Zalemark's sales and distribution. It didn't happen with Super Bell with their account base of over 1,000 jewelry stores and it won't happen with RMS. Retailers don't need what Zalemark is selling. The Crayola license was signed in 2014, and no sales were ever made. No M&M jewelry sales in addition.

Close the company down and send Steven Zale back to prison. And have Raymond Ruiz go with him, along with the rest of the officers and directors.
