Can't find a ruling on the K2 case or was that all just assumptions yesterday of what you think will happen?

Yea, it was all fake. Nothing to worry about.
But probably need to have the np1 go online and update ultrasux with the newest driver version.
I think the new ultrasux version is now compatible with windows vista. I'm sure nanosux is working on windows XP right now.
