The ONLY way the lenders recover anything more is via restructuring. They will lose a bunch of money pursuing the lawsuit route because there is nothing there to collect. The town council of North Vernon cannot recover anything and I'm sure they have first dibs as scavengers. The note holders will have no bones left to pick!
