if that is his objective, then that is bad management... he has only the duty to keep investors informed and do business to the best of his ability nothing more nothing less... hiding information or not disclosing it for any purpose is wrong and not good for the long range of investor confidence and the pps.... this is a pinko, which in it self is under a large cloud and if that is being done it makes the cloud turn to rain.... in my opinion.... as to subtle, my bad....
