This HC op-ed piece to contend with too. ..all biotech/pharm sector indices continue downward today...there are more +++s than yesterday. Note points 1 and 2 below:

The recent market volatility hasn't done much to help the bio sector. What may help soon is the tax selling by hedge funds has made them cash heavy.

Take note hedge funds, do your DD and see what is expected in 2017 for Actinium. Having a raise closing in early October will easily put ATNM in a good position for advertising for a partnership.
