Exactly my point. Although the OS has increased recently only the AS increased yesterday. There are many reasons to expand the AS; not all neg. Lots going on here but consider this move within the big picture. The Rubicon soon to be showcased in Africa. Timing is in the forefront in my mind. Lots going on here.
