Attorney General's Office
In order to obtain a refund of your money I would suggest that you contact the State of Florida Attorney General's office. You can file a complaint at:

Please make sure to include full documentation including correspondance, evidence that you have sent money and the agreement you had with Industrial Nanotech
You should also contact the Better Business Bureau. Other individuals that have sent money without receiving any product were able to obtain refunds through them:
