well Chessmaster315-I am a little stunned by your conclusions about the Fannie preferred stock being of the class NON-CUMULATIVE PREFERRED. I did look that up on google. It seems that you are correct.
But then, why the wide support for selecting preferred shares over common shares? Even Bradford and Yank and Berkowitz chose that path.
Perhaps this has been challenged sometime today and I missed it. I am way behind in reading the board.

Is there a catch somewhere here?
