Rickn as an investor one is entitled to do whatever they think best for themselves. Going to the SEC on a ZERO BID PENNYLESS STOCK is an exercise in Frustration IMO. Your complaint will be placed at the bottom of the pile of the complaints that have already been there for years. Regardless I wish Good Luck to those that try. Tlsmd.
