CONVICTED FELON Scott Sand is behind the SIML pennyscam. That sums it up. Sand is a convicted felon who served prison time for financial fraud and is barred from the securities industry. He moved from Florida when he was released from prison to rural Northern California near a bunch of gated communities with retirees. SIML is his latest pennystock scam. Hope that helps.
