Yes you are correct. Until the certs are delivered properly to the brokers from the DTC no one that previously held shares of FHAL can trade yet. You can buy and sell after the symbol change which is actually what I have done. I have 12500 shares of CSHD for sale for 15 dollars. Does anyone see me on L2...LOL?
