Folks, you do realize that once they get approval to raise the A/S to 4 billion, they're probably going to need to issue nearly 2 billion to Apollo to pay off the Sept and Oct notes.

Apollo will probably dump those shares straight into the market and dilute this to no bid.

I don't believe there's going to be any recovery from that. It'll probably move to the grey sheets and disappear.

Looks like a very very bad plan. Complete mis-management in my opinion.
