Fairly certain that we will have some good news coming our way, in the next couple days.

Who in their right mind would pony up ~$234,000.00, if they weren't certain of a positive outcome? Unless its Bill Gates, or someone of the like, I would say absolutely no one. I feel more secure in my investment and glad he popped up when he did, to basically signal the last of my buying opportunities for the cheap.
