BABL** Non-dilutive Preferred Shares Confirmation

For those who are new to BABL, very important to note is that I have confirmed from its filings with the state of Delaware that BABL has 1,000,000 Series A Preferred Shares that ”are not” convertible into common shares, but are given 500 times the amount of votes given to common shareholders to always make sure the company has control while implementing a ”non-dilutive” measure for the controlling interest and the ”Poison Pill” method to prevent any kind of hostile takeover:
