"By virtue of his position at mCig he also owns a considerable amount of mCig stock."

Is that a fact? No. Is it a maybe, well yes.

If he has been selling as quickly as allowed (unknown terms) he may have little mcig stock left today until next pay period which could be bi-weekly or monthly.

What happened to pay for performance? 20K worth of mcig stock a month? Is that what someone figured he was getting?
