A while ago. Sept first via the JPL and Court hearing was the first major step(after the elections of course....and the court battle win against BNP). That compounded dramatically with a massive coking coal rally....which took everyone by surprise. If the court sides with the Note Holders and Company............which looks good to go.......then this is a nice four year plan of reaping nice bank.

Step one...final hearing JPL#2...in a rough four weeks

Step two...Tavan Tolgoi gets a confirm and is a go...

Step three...railway gets a confirm and is completed quickly
