I did deep research about Kodiak . It appears that they have / had disputes with other companies , all claiming same thing : Kodiak make a presentation that they are a serious fund , charge commitment fees in form of ( what is later to be found out ) toxic note. Push the company to take another "bridge" toxic note , the results are what you see....
This company is led by scientists and good business man that fell into this hole .
