That is a VERY LARGE sell that somebody has been trying to unload for literally weeks. That person is having a very hard time finding any buyers. The appeals loss could come down any day now and when it does the stock will almost instantly go to zero. I would make sure to sell those shares very soon. PTSCs situation is hopeless.

Even an appeals win which happens 3-4% of the time is hopeless for PTSC as you have a hostile partner still trying to rip you off at every turn and a dupe for a CEO/CFO who has been fooled by the partner many times. Also, UR patents have long ago expired..oh and the court and juries are extremely hostile to "patent trolls" like PTSC and will find another way to kill UR case.
