From what I understand, MKM purchased at .06/share. If that's the case, it makes perfect sense as to why they keep dumping 100,000 here, 100,000 there between .09-.11 as the price has fluctuated over the last 3-6 months. Majority of their shares have already sold so I concur with the price rise that will come once they finish dumping this last 7M shares.
Maybe more news from Nitto and/or more details concerning the oil & gas production mentioned in the 10k can help in coming months. Stick it out until spring 2017 and we will all reap the benefits and celebrate the beginning of the climb to $2/share !!! GL to all and may we all stay confident in what we own and remain positive.
